What should you prepare first?

General Schengen requirements. The consulate may request additional documents.

  • Passport valid for at least 3 months after leaving the Schengen area.
  • Visa application form and a compliant photo.
  • Insurance covering emergency care, hospitalisation and repatriation.
  • Evidence of the travel purpose and accommodation.
  • Evidence of financial means and the intention to return.
